I remember when he came in as governor, excited that he was going to do good – he didn’t.  The Big Dig overruns happened on his watch, and there’s video of him  calling the whole project “a political tar baby.”  The press has him running for President for 7 years, but in reality it’s been 17 years.

It AMAZES me his record in Mass doesn’t come up more, it’s the one
time he had a job relevant to the presidency. Like Sarah Palin he’s
managed to spin his short-term job into a fairy tale of success.
